Uturn Handles LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States, to U.S. territories, to Canada and to a restricted number of other countries.

Uturn Handles LLC ships internationally. International/non-US buyers are responsible for paying import duties and taxes levied for US impoted goods by your country. These ar not known and should be investigated for your country before ordering.
Return Policy
Defects
We are committed to satisfied customers, and if you receive a defective product we will work with you to solve the problem you are experiencing, either through repair, exchange or refund. Please contact us via email prior to shipping your return.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in original condition within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund, no questions asked. Within that period, with an additional grace period for US territories of 10 days, the product can be returned unless in case of gross negligence or willful or substantial damage to the product by the purchaser, by other persons or by other causes. We do not charge a restocking fee, however the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges. If the product is damaged and not in its original condition when returned, we may still accept the return; however, an appropriate restocking fee to cover our cost of repairs and/or the discount that the damaged item must be re-sold at will be charged but only up to a maximum of $20. Any order paid by credit or debit card to PayPal or Amazon can be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting PayPal or Amazon before the order is shipped. The invoice amount will be refunded to you by PayPal or Amazon. PayPal or Amazon will inform us about the cancellation and refund. If the order is cancelled after the order has been shipped then up to a 20% restocking fee may be applied and the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges and the return of the ordered item(s) in original condition.
